Your bag is empty
Your data, plainly.
Scoobiyou is run from Aruba. We keep what we need to take your order to your door, and not much else. This page says what that is.
What we keep.
When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. With an account: your email address, and the posts, products and creators you save or follow. A creator also has a page name, a bio and a photo.
When you log in with Google, Google gives us your name, your email address and your profile photo. We keep the email address to log you in; the name and the photo we do not store.
When you comment, we keep the comment with your name. When you like a post, we keep that you did, and only the count is shown.
Cookies and your browser.
Four things live in your browser. A session cookie keeps you logged in. When you arrive through a creator’s link, a cookie remembers that link for seven days, last click wins, so the creator gets her commission; it holds a code, not your name. When you arrive through a campaign link, a second cookie remembers the campaign for seven days, first click wins, so we know which campaign brought an order. Both are read by our server only. Without an account, the posts and products you save stay in your browser, and move to your account when you log in.
What we count.
We count which posts are seen, watched, tapped and ordered from, so creators and stores can see what works. Those counts carry a daily hash of your connection, never your name, and cannot be traced back to you.
Who else sees it.
The store that fills your order sees your name, phone number and address, because they need them to deliver. Our systems run on Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare and Resend, which process data on our behalf. Their servers are outside Aruba, in the United States and Europe. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
Your say.
You can see and change your details under Your details. You can ask us to correct anything, or to remove your account, through the contact page, and you can complain there too; if we do not sort it out, you can go to the data protection authority in your country.
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. There is no timer yet: nothing is deleted on its own. When you ask us to remove your account, your name, phone number, address, saves and follows go; the orders themselves stay, without anything that points to you; your comments stay, without your name; your likes stay as a count.
When this page changes, the date at the bottom changes with it.
