The terms, in short.

Scoobiyou brings products from local stores in Aruba to your door, shown by local creators. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page.

Ordering.

You order from one store at a time. The price and the delivery fee you see at checkout are the price you pay, in cash when the order arrives. The store confirms your order; if it cannot fill it, the order is cancelled and nothing is owed. The purchase is with the store. Scoobiyou brings you and the store together and delivers.

Delivery is on the island only. What one person can carry is standard; anything bigger is agreed with the store first.

Stores.

Stores set their own prices, keep their products available or not, and are responsible for what they sell. Scoobiyou arranges the delivery and charges the store the fee or commission agreed with them.

Creators.

A creator posts real products from real stores and earns a percentage of the goods on every order that comes in through her link. The store sets the rate; commission is confirmed seven days after delivery and paid out from ƒ 25.00. Ordering through your own link earns nothing. The full sum is on the creators page.

Posts must be your own work and show the product as it is. Scoobiyou may hide or remove a post, or pause a creator, and will say why. By posting you let us show your video or photo on the site, in the feed and in links people share, for as long as the post is live. It stays your work.

Comments and likes.

Comments are public and carry your name. The creator can remove any comment on her own post, and we can remove any comment; we say why in the log. Likes count, but who liked what is not shown to anyone.

Accounts.

You must be 16 or older to have an account. You log in with an email code or with a Google account. Keep your access to that email or account to yourself. You can ask us to remove your account at any time.

Not allowed: an account under a name that is not yours, posting work that is not yours, spam, and claims about a product or a store that are not true. We can close an account that does this, and we say why.

What we are not responsible for.

A creator speaks for herself and a store delivers what it sells. We are not liable for what a creator says or for what a store delivers; the store is.

What we keep about you is on the privacy page. Questions go through the contact page. When these terms change, the date at the bottom changes with them.
